Inferit Announces Billing Platform Billogic

Digitalization
Business applications

Inferit Billing, a new direction of the Russian IT vendor Inferit (Softline Group), is bringing the Billogic platform to the market. The platform, which has been actively used by Softline Group companies since 2017 to organize a subscription sales model in 25 countries, will now be available to a wide range of clients. The comprehensive solution automates all aspects of working with subscriptions: from provisioning and billing to managing partner sales and providing white-label personal accounts for end clients. The launch of the new Inferit direction is in line with Softline Group’s strategy for developing its own portfolio of services and products.

Since 2017, the Softline Group of Companies has been using the billing platform to automate subscription sales. It is used to organize the subscription sales model both in Russia and in dozens of foreign representative offices. This practical experience contributed to the intensive development of the product, the regular emergence of new features, integrations, improvements and work scenarios. As a result, a universal tool was created that is now available to a wide range of clients – sellers and producers of various digital services, not limited to cloud solutions or software. The Russian product was named Billogic Platform and in August 2024 entered the Inferit ecosystem.

The platform is focused on providing flexibility of use and cost efficiency for customers and partners. At the moment, the platform has been developed for more than 10 years, taking into account the experience of leading vendors.

The Billogic platform will be useful for companies that plan to sell services or products by subscription or already use the subscription model, but need to automate calculations and business processes, control renewals and churn, and minimize financial risks. The platform also solves the problem of transferring clients and partners to self-service at all stages of the life cycle. Subscription in the Billogic concept is more than recurring payments or urgent licenses. Having subscribed, the user manages the purchased service, configures renewal parameters, and controls expenses. A loyal client or partner with an endless life cycle is the key value of Billogic.

Billogic’s capabilities include: automated subscription management, flexible billing logic settings, multi-tenancy, customization of user interfaces, multi-language and multi-currency support, ready-made integrations with payment systems, marketing tools such as a customizable marketplace, discounts and promo codes, personalized recommendations.

The platform consists of a multifunctional core that is flexibly expanded using plug-in modules. The system of such plug-ins allows implementing integrations of any complexity and with any level of customization.

Document flow

The Billogic billing platform allows you to organize any hierarchical structure of distributors and resellers of various levels for a specific business or several businesses that can operate in isolation.

The product is available in two versions: cloud solution (SaaS) and local deployment (On-premise). The official start of sales is scheduled for October 2024.

“Our team has come a long way, starting from the start of the platform implementation in Softline’s business in 2017 and up to the simultaneous support of tens of thousands of subscriptions on platform installations in 25 countries,” she said. Irina KuznetsovaDirector of Products at Inferit Billing. “Every step along the way brought new experience and knowledge about how vendors work with subscriptions, what expectations users have, what challenges a seller faces when developing and scaling a subscription business. We are confident that the Billogic platform will help our customers provide the market with a modern, flexible and profitable consumption model.”
