Telphin presented its own integration with Yclients

The Russian provider of communications services “Telphin” presented a ready-made integration of the virtual PBX “Telphin.Office” with the CRM system Yclients. Representatives of “Telphin” told CNews about this.

Yclients is an online booking and business process automation service for companies in the service sector: beauty salons, fitness studios, language schools, medical centers, car services and any other areas where preliminary client booking is used. With Yclients, you can also accept payments, launch promotions, collect reviews, calculate salaries, and maintain financial and inventory records.

Thanks to the integration of the Telphin.Office PBX with the Yclients system, companies automate the processing of customer requests by phone and record customers in a short time. The new service capabilities support call history, recording and storing conversations in CRM with the ability to download data. Users also have access to the function of pop-up cards for repeat customer requests and distribution of calls to managers who have previously worked with customers, which allows for maximum personalization of communication.

Companies that work with Yclients and Telphin services can make calls in a couple of clicks using the Google Chrome browser extension. Also, users of the Telphin.Office PBX and the Yclients system have the ability to put a call on hold and dial an additional number without leaving the browser. In addition, with the help of the GPT assistant built into the extension, you can translate calls into text and process them in accordance with user requests.

The connection of the virtual PBX “Telphin.Office” with the Yclients system is the own development of the “Telphin” team. The provider’s database currently contains ready-made integrations with leading CRM systems: “Bitrix24”, “Megaplan”, amoCRM, retailCRM and SalesForce. The process of connecting these systems in conjunction with the virtual PBX is carried out in 5-10 minutes. Users configure the work of the services themselves, no special knowledge is required for this.
