LDM and NDBC partner in HR automation

LDM (part of the IT holding Lansoft) and the integrator NDBC announced a partnership aimed at expanding the capabilities of digitalization of customers’ HR processes and ensuring comprehensive HR transformation. LDM representatives told CNews about this.

Cooperation with LDM will allow to supplement the NDBC HR technology portfolio with the LDM.KEDO personnel electronic document management system. The product helps to safely exchange personnel documents in accordance with the requirements of labor legislation, which is a fairly new, but already mandatory part of modern automation of HR processes.

Unlike other KEDO solutions, the low-code capabilities of LDM.KEDO will allow the integrator to adapt it independently during implementation taking into account the customer’s needs. Using the open API of the LDM.KEDO solution, NDBC will be able to integrate the solution with other information systems on projects, as well as offer the entire range of products of the Lansoft IT holding.

For example, LDM.KEDO and the WFM system from Goodt for managing personnel, their workload and work schedule are effective together for solving HR automation tasks. Integration of systems will help ensure timely and correct planning of employee shifts taking into account the agreed and signed EP personnel documents.

Tax monitoring. New horizons of digitalization. What awaits us in 2024-2025.

Market

Lyubov Cherkasova, Head of Product Development at LDM: “Customer requests and needs are the main focus of LDM.KEDO product development, so it is important for us to develop partnership relations with such an experienced integrator as NDBC. The experience of a partner with experience in digitalizing HR processes will allow us not only to effectively solve the problems of complex HR automation for our clients, but also to develop the product taking into account the wide practice of NDBC clients.”

Alexey KorovinCTO of NDBC: “Our services are focused on customer requests and solutions to their business requirements. Electronic document management is in demand among companies of all sizes and industries. LDM solutions cover a wide range of tasks, including corporate content management, electronic document management, and data storage. In addition, the LDM platform provides a high level of security and meets regulatory requirements, which is critical for customers working with confidential and sensitive information.”
