Previous IPhone SE models at least offered a red version, but this time Apple was without it. Although the covers can add colors, this does not justify the limited choice. The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus are represented in shades such as pink, blue and green, and even the iPhone 16 Pro models have a titanium finish with unique shades.
The lack of color disappoints the author of the article, especially when you consider that Apple once used “bold design solutions”, as in the case of the iPhone 5C, which was produced in bright shades. Even adding only one fun color to the iPhone 16e line, it would be possible to make it more “interesting”.
