Steam now requires disclosure if kernel-level anti-cheat software is used

A section has been added to the Steam store page to specify whether the developer uses anti-cheat tools. From now on, if a developer releases a game with an anti-cheat tool that operates at the kernel level, they will have to disclose that they are using the tool.
