VK WorkSpace will help companies transfer files, emails and calendars from other services

VK WorkSpace has launched a tool for fast and seamless transfer of company data from third-party services: cloud storage, mail, calendar, etc. Businesses can migrate from Google, Microsoft, and other providers, both foreign and Russian.

Companies will be able to migrate data for up to 20,000 users at a time. After migration, most of the usual settings will be preserved in the services, such as meetings in the calendar, letters, and document systematization in the storage. The process occurs in the background and does not interfere with the work of teams.

Documents, tables and presentations are automatically converted into familiar work formats. Users will be able to edit them online and manage access within the company.

“It is important for companies to ensure the stable operation of internal services and teams. In order to simplify the process of data transfer, we have implemented a simple and convenient tool for migrating corporate systems in VK WorkSpace. This will help businesses solve the problems of security and reliable data storage without suspending the work of employees,” said Mikhail ChizhikovHead of Communications Products at VK Tech.
