Approximately 80 incidents of shark attacks are reported around the world every year, and some of these cases result in fatal injuries to the victims. While shark countermeasures are being taken at beaches around the world, a research team from Macquarie University in Australia has announced “How to protect yourself from sharks using LED lights”.
