Udemy, an online learning platform, announced a tool that utilizes AI in July 2024, and revealed that content posted by instructors will be used to train the generative AI. After that, a period was established in which instructors could refuse to have their content used for training of generative AI, but instructors were upset that this opt-out period ended in just three weeks.
